[STAFF] Ticket browser button notification?

I don't even think this is possible but I thought i'd give it a crack.
This is for staff only, but is it possible to make the ticket browser button on the mod tool display a visual notification when there is an unanswered ticket? For example if there is 1 unanswered ticket waiting to be answered the ticket browser button will say "Ticket Browser (1)". This would be very handy as I don't want users waiting a long time on their tickets to be answered because my sound is mute alot of the time. It isn't a huge problem but this would be a nice little addition to add that will help staff quite a bit.
It's probably not possible, but meh.
