There have been alot of CFHs of people talking about bugs/glitches they are having and how to fix them. My suggestion is to add a new message template for the ticket browser/sending staff messages to users in general. The template that should be added is this:
"There are bugs/glitches currently present in the hotel at this time. Please be patient while we fix the issues related to your problem."
