Why the ban should be lifted? : Hello Fresh staff! I was banned when I tried to log on today, it says I was banned for "adv". I don't know what this means, and from what I know I haven't done anything wrong. One thing though, my sister registered an account and logged in from the same network yesterday, is this what got me banned? If so, I want you to know that it's not my account, but my sister's. Would appreciate if you could look into this, thanks in advance.

First and foremost Ainx hasnt been staff for quite some time so this could just be you using a vpn. trying turning off ur vpn, then clearing ur cache, then try again. If that doesn't work then.... @Kylie @Kane
