I understand the hard work going into this, no disrespect. But maybe having a poll before making changes would of been good. I mean users are the ones who help pay for this hotel (buying vip, etc etc), their input would of been good and not just changing it and having some of the hotel hating and possibly quitting.
+Being unique is a good thing, maybe changing and becoming like other hotels isn't the best.
