Got a random ban?

Include username of the account that was banned : BabyGal

Include username of the staff that added the ban : Kane

Expiry date : It said two years?

Email of the account in question : [email protected]

Reason for the ban : No reason specified

Why the ban should be lifted? :I log onto fresh and got a ban right away..
I asked why the vip page didn't work via help and got banned for two years

Any one know whats going on??
