I dont know if its possible but wouldn't it be cool if we had group chats? Think about it. Staff have their own chat and if we users can make a group chat with our friends, we can keep it touch faster. Also, people should have the option to disable whether they want to be joined into a group chat or not. If its not possible, who cares.
