Fresh RP Downtime

Fresh RP has been down for a while now so it's only fair to post an update...

Basically, Kane got pissed off that everyone had miniguns so he accidentally wiped the city trying to get rid of them (good job). We've now since lowered weapon damage and made a couple guns available for Staff only.

We're rebuilding the city right now, it's looking good and shouldn't take too much longer, but here's hoping.

Kane wants it up within 5 hours so we're now working towards that deadline..
