Hello all who are on fresh! As ya'll probably know, we had a HUGE update, and I hate to say it because it took Kane and everyone else A LOT of work, but we should take a step back. I say this because we are having lag attacks, bugs, and only 1/ 7 times will the client load correctly. Plus over the last month, we went from 1000 people down to 500 people... I'm not saying to abandon it, but... I don't know.

It takes a lot of work to do all this. loading has worked for me 100% of the time, your "lag attacks" are probably linked with the same reason you can't load the client. And it's vacation time for families, so a slight decrease in users doesn't surprise me.
Yeah don't forget everyone is back at school and college which could be why less users are online.
Its A great system... it needs time
Once all bugs are fixed then there should be no problems at all. I personally love the new update and so does the majority of people. The update also took A LOT of effort and time to be done, I think you should respect that and there is many more features than the old version, such as groups, group furniture and some of the commands are back. The reason why there isn't many users is because there is still ongoing bugs and as said, people have gone back to school, college, jobs and more.
At first, I didn't like the update. But now I've got used to the new UI and most of the bugs have been fixed I've grown to like it. What annoys me the most is people whining to staff to go back to the old version constantly. Please shut up the new version is great, unlike you xoxox
As the guy who has done most of the hard work in getting Fresh upgraded, I can see your point. However, Fresh was on the exact same version without changing for many years and eventually so many more features are going to be on Habbo that Fresh would not be able to have without updating.
As for the lag, I've not experienced any issues with getting on the client however @Kane and I have been constantly monitoring the SQL server and what not to try and fix any and all problems. It's not an easy process, but it's a required one.
It's better we do it now, get the shit fixed up and ready to move into the future, than wait, and get left behind by everyone else.
