    Password reset

    Below is the format you need to fill out fully in order to get your password reset.
    Fresh Hotel username: Banker12
    Email address: i really dont know my old address with this one
    Country of residence: Philippines
    Approximate registration date: i really dont know made it 2012-2013 i think
    Last sign in date: i stopped like 2014 maybe
    Internet Protocol (IP) address: 49.144.75.4 now this ip is different from its ip before.. but maybe if you its ip before i can still give it.
    Internet service provider (ISP): PLDT
    Username of other account(s) on the same IP Address (optional): Jambez
