I did say im helping my gf solve the problem lel. She cant open fresh, but i can.

Create a new fresh account and try? see if that works?

My friends were able to enter fresh client without any problems.. but my account was not able to enter for like a few days and kept giving the black screen after loading :/

From what I see from ur vid , It's excactly same as the problem i had before . If other solution doesn't work , try waiting patiently , keep reloading the client if it doesn't work . It's what I tried .

A lot of the times it could just possibly be your internet not being fast enough to load/have a stable connection to Fresh. Check speedtest.net for your internet speed, and if its lower than what you're paying for than your isp is probably under maintenance or something
