*Why the account got banned: This user called highland was on my account and I saw him on it and Martin was there awell so I told Martin to ban it

*Why the ban should be lifted? : I saw a user on my account so I told a staff member to ban the account so the user doesn't go on it anymore

Also password resets are not free.
