Ok Let me re-format it because I did write it out last time and it didn't save it that pissed me off an extreme amount.

Reason for the ban : talking about other retros

Why the ban should be lifted? : My ban should be lifted because this is a stupid reason to ban people. I'm extremely disappointed that I've been banned for a reason like this when I used see people everyday talk about different retros on fresh. Why aren't all they banned? I've played fresh since around 2013, and stuck with it since then. Yes I do play other retros and I did say the name of another retro in one sentence. But I've chose to stick with fresh as it's amazing atmosphere. I've grown and made friends in this retro and haven't played any other hotel as much as fresh. All that happened was this: I entered a snog room because I followed one of my friends into there. Someone set wired to advertise a hotel, that I was already apart of, and logged into. I couldn't log into the retro so I said something along the lines of this. "I cannot login Lime Hotel". I soon after left that room as it was getting boring and maybe 4 or 5 mins into entering the other room my client refreshed and I was banned. Personally I have friends that this has happened to and they were actually advertising the website but I as it has stated only was "talking about other retros". I have checked rules, and it does not state that talking about another retro is a required ban. I also have other siblings and family who use this IP to play fresh hotel, so now they cannot enter either. All in all, I'm extremely disappointed that this happened as I love fresh and played it since day one and made many friends. I hope you take it into consideration to un ban me as it was an un fair ban. Thankyou for your time, have a good day :)

P.S. The amount of time I am banned is a ridiculous amount as I've known for people to do worse and get only a few days ban or no ban at all. 13 years?.. little bit extreme. If if it was around a week ban, I wouldn't have minded.
