A command to copy rooms you have previously made.

I was thinking that maybe there could be command that would allow you to make a copy of a room that you have created. This would be great and beneficial to agency owners since their rooms get trashed .

This is already possible however staff can copy and paste rooms to any account they wish, (owners to be exact) and it does cost.
