Fresh Intern Program

I've come up with an idea to launch a program for Fresh Hotel called the 'Fresh Intern Program'.
So basically, what this is used for, is to ensure all new staff members are experienced before they are started on the job. There have been staff members in the past that were hired and had no idea what to do but yes, they are told a few things from experienced staff but that is never enough.

With an intern program in place, a certain amount of users will be able to fill out an application form to apply to become an intern here at Fresh Hotel. Once a selected number of users have been selected to join the intern program, they will all be given a Fresh Intern badge to identify themselves as an official intern. During the course that the interns will take, they will learn all about how to moderate in the hotel, how to use commands, mod tools, answering call for help requests, housekeeping and everything they need to know to become an experienced moderator if they are accepted at the end of the course. This is useful because they will have learnt everything during the course and can immediately start moderating without any problems.



The interns will be trained by current selected staff members chosen by me to become an Intern Trainer. They will have a special badge so interns can identify their trainers.



It is unknown whether interns will receive an exclusive 'Intern' rank with commands similar to moderators at this stage.

At the end of the course, ONE intern will be chosen and accepted as an official moderator of Fresh Hotel. The interns that did not get accepted at the end of the course will receive nothing and will return as a regular user, giving someone else a chance as an intern at the next internship program.

The staff internship course will be held every month and will last for 1 week. New intern applications will be open at the start of each month.

The Fresh Intern Program is a great way to manage staff members and make sure ALL staff are trained well enough to be able to handle themselves when moderating in Fresh Hotel.
