VIP Question. Please Help

Hello There! This may sound kind of odd but I logged in last night for the first time in 2 years and you guys have updated so much wow. But my main concern here is a payed $50 for emerald vip when it was still out and yesterday I logged on and didn't have it anymore. Is there a way we can work this out? I have my invoice also as I found it last night digging through 2 year old mail. I can email it to the support if you reply because it has my address on it and don't want to post it here. Thanks!

There are new VIP Packages, Emerald VIP no longer exists. You have to re-purchase VIP. The new VIP packages are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond VIP.

ur not the first, and ur no more special than anyone else so if everyone else had to re purchase then u have to too. Its worth purchasing again though
