Do you have to show items if you win?

A situation in a casino came up where an individual refused to pay another guy because he didn't want to show his items that he bet.

I was just wondering.... Is this a rule? Is the man obliged to show his items if requested?

Yeah, if he asks, just do it, if he doesn't then don't, i am sure its not an actual rule to show your items in most bets.

if it isnt a rule then it deffs should be a rule because i had a situation where the user won and i lost but when i asked him to show he came up with lame excuses then poofed because he didnt have the items so i got to keep my thrones and he got banned

You should both show each other that you have the items, what damage would it do both of you knowing when rolling the dices the other person actually has the stuff you're rolling for?
