Why am I (CoffeeLeeT) banned?

Include username of the staff that added the ban : Martin(?), not entirely sure but I saw his name when I logged on from another IP address.

Expiry date : 2026 July or something (note that I only know this because I used another ip address to check if I was banned, as I honestly had no clue, I will explain more about this later)

Email of the account in question : [email protected] (I think.)

Reason for the ban : No idea. No reason was specified whatsoever.

Why the ban should be lifted? : Unless whoever banned me has a solid reason as to why I was banned I deem myself wrongfully convicted.

More Info: Okay. So basically I had started playing fresh again after a very long break. I played on and off for maybe a week (note that I did not do anything what I'm aware of is wrong during this time).

Suddenly one day when I wanted to go on Fresh, I opened up the web address only to find google chrome just displaying a blank page. The website wouldn't load no matter what, and I had never ever gotten a ban alert or anything so I honestly had no clue I was banned (I'm still not entirely sure.) I figured it could be some problem with my internet or something, and so I used a program to enter fresh under another IP (which I know probably isn't allowed, but I wanted to check if I was banned or not.) and to my surprise when I logged on, no ban alert popped up or anything. So basically I thought to myself that okay it must be something with my routing to the website or something (because I'm from Finland). So yeah I played under a different IP address because I figured that if I was banned it would obviously NOT let me log on to my account right?

Anyway, I just tried to open the website with the IP I usually use (Ireland), and now, finally, I saw a ban message saying:

The reason for your ban is: -
The ban is expected to expire on: 15 June, 2026
You were banned by: Martin

I had never ever seen this before and I honestly have no idea whatsoever what this is because of. Would love an explanation from this "Martin" character.

Appreciate a fast answer, and just out of respect to Fresh I won't be logging on despite being able to until this is sorted out. Thank you.

Okay, so, when you went on your VPN I'm assuming somebody else got banned on that VPN. It's happened to me too, when I left my VPN on and went to the Fresh-Hotel site. So, the blank page could be your proxy settings or your just your connection.

No but the thing is the blank page appeared/appears only whenever I use my own IP address. My real one. And hence I have been using a proxy to get on (if I was banned in the first place before this) would mean ban evading thus giving staff an actual reason to ban me for I really have no idea what it could be though. But you have a point. Could be the case. Thanks for the reply anyway

Where is your location? Sometimes I can't go to sites that I used to be able to, due to my ip. Have you recently changed ISP's (Internet Service Providers)? If non of this is the case, try using another browser.

I have not changed ISP, I live in Finland. That was exactly my thought though like you said, that maybe for some reason my connection is having a problem to establish with the destination web address simply because of my location, so that's why I started using a VPN in the first place. And yeah I've tried using IE, Firefox and Chrome, the blank page appears on all of them. So I assume now that this is because I'm banned but I have no idea why the page wouldn't show just because of that.
