Automatic server ban.

Hi, my user name on fresh hotel is InDeep.

I received an 'automatic server ban' for simply asking the question, 'How are you?' in a private chat.

The ban was issues on the 17th March, 2016, duration, 60 minutes. Reason: Spamming 'How are you?'

I feel this is unnecessary simply due to the fact that I was in my own room, talking on the private chat, hence, not spamming as the ban states. Im sure this is a common issue that should be looked into, as it adversely will affect all users at some point in time, due to the way the automatic bans are being handled.

Since it's only an hour, its a moot point getting it lifted, I just wanted a member of staff to be aware of this issue, and to hopefully rectify it as soon as possible, to avoid other users, potentially suffering the same thing.

No need for an appeal on a 60minute ban, perhaps you should post it on the suggestions section.
