Why the ban should be lifted? :

I just want to make one thing clear, I deserved to be banned account wise but not IP banned.
My explanation is that I live in a household with 1 brother who also plays Fresh Hotel, and he was the one who did the "scamming" and I was the one who made 30+ accounts.

I believe my brothers account should stay banned so he cannot scam, and I have blocked him off my laptop now.
As well I only created 30+ accounts was to mass collect coins so I can buy more items in the Catalog which I own up too and I apologize for and wont let that happen again.

I do wish to play Fresh Hotel again with a new account and I was never the scammer and I play a honest game on Fresh Hotel, and I will only create the one account. Just please uplift my IP bann.

It says the ban expires in 2026 and I doubt I nor the hotel will be running in 2026 so I would love to be able to play Fresh Hotel once again as soon as possible, thanks! <3

I agree with you 100%, I mean hes 16 and I'm 21 so for me personally I play a honest game because I enjoy the server.
I think hes still immature and if the staff arent able to un-ban me then thats the price I pay for his actions

I just want to be open and up-front with the staff to resolve this matter.
As far as proof that I have a brother? I'm not sure what I could do really except guarantee that he wont be playing any longer.

Why are you being so abrupt and insensitive on this subject?
I understand that you were the one banning the account and I apologize to you for any harm that went your way.
However, you should be aware that mistakes happen and that you shouldn't jump to conclusion right away.
