Reason for the ban : sellin habbo coins

Why the ban should be lifted? : well i have been playing fresh hotel ages ago lets say since 2011 and i never been banned in my life. i got banned because it says that i am selling habbo coins, that is right i actually went to the staff itself and asked her if it fine if i sell habbo coins here so she replied no then i told her one event staff told me it is allowed so she told me that she is the mod and she knows the rules so she said no it is not allowed. ok i said fine can i see the rules she banned me. i told her i just want to see the rules to learn i got banned right there. if you can check chat history please so i really want my account back =*( thank you so much in both ways if i got unbanned or still banned.

with all my respect Omar.
