Reason for the ban : Wording on the banned page: Advertising another hotel is not permitted.
Why the ban should be lifted? :
I believe i was following rules on this occasion as in reality I actually sent the link to the rules, moderator Foooze then banned me for sending this in a room:

I don't wish to sound cocky though a ban is not what I expected after advertising fresh's own rules page. and once at that, not even a case of spam.


It upsets me deeply to think that I could be banned for trying to help others play in a respectable manner and to loose hold of my ability to play fresh not only upsets me but also confuses me.


For many years i have stuck by the rules and honoured them, I simply ask that i be unbanned as i wish the ban was not thought upon but simply executed so fast that it was all a cloud of confusion, i accept that people make mistakes and I'm completely fine with Foooze's reason to ban me if i had of actually advertised another hotel.


Its always good to see steadfast and quick moderators stopping pesky advertisers but unfortunately I am too loyal to do such a thing. I hope more consideration is put into this Ban Appeal as i would like to get back to playing what I have loved since 2011.
