Reason for the ban : "Spamming 1 hour ban: Weed, lighter, blunt wraps.. all I need now is some doritos"

Why the ban should be lifted? : I don't understand how I'm spamming when I'm using a command giving in the game? It's only an hour, but still, there was no reason for me to get banned and have it on my record.
