Ban appeals are broken

You're allowing people to make ban appeals but you're also allowing the person that banned the user to deny/accept the ban appeal there is soooo much wrong with that

first of all

why would the person unban the user if she/he banned him in the first place?
on every forums i've ever been on the mod that banned the user isnt allowed to handle the ban appeal because its kinda unfair i think that you should change that i got banned for pushing chels of her throne to get to the other side of the room i got perm banned for "abusing staff" so i appeal for my ban and what happens? chels denies it without any reason she said "Lol oh please, you were highly abusive, mild i'd have let it slide but you took it way too far. Denied" no proof at all apparently pushing someone off a throne is taking it too far idk if she was on her period or someshit but yh


tl;dr: mods that ban users are allowed to deny the user his appeal i think that it shouldnt be allowed and another mod should take care of it else its unfair
