Confused why im banned

Why the ban should be lifted? : I believe the ban to be lifted as my friend was posting a non working website that is weebly.com and clearly it cant hack in weebly.It is just a simple plan of themes and text boxes you can select and write in. The website is very old and he said he just saw it on the internet and thought it would be funny to troll some people. He was taking it as a joke and wasn't trying to be serious , in every room he went to to troll people , he stated he didn't think it worked and didn't want to try it , but stated other people can at their own risks. In the end it was mainly taken as a joke to him and me when he informed me about the ban and didn't think it would get this serious for a 11 year ban!He was amazed at how easily users can get banned and even told me personally he would never to something like this again. Me and him are writing this together but its mainly from my point of view.I hope you see the childish funny aspect of this and unban my fellow friend as he was only having a laugh and really likes fresh.I see him playing it everyday and he intrigues more people from my classes to come on to it and have fun with him . If that's making rooms,having witty conversations and banta at other rooms or just simply having a bit of fun with agencys and all. He owned a agency named FBI and was mid way of opening it when this ban stuck. He is very shocked and is kind of upset at how it was only meant to be a joke and he didn't want anyone to take this seriously. Please get back to us when you have decided. He is very concerned about his account as he enjoys the hotel lots and plays with a lot of friends who get on daily.
