Reason for the ban : Fresh has closed

Why the ban should be lifted? unless fresh had closed like the "Reason" states then everyone with this "reason" for being banned should have the ban lifted. If for some reason we cant get the ban lifted then i would like to know why Meteors feels the need to ban multiple people for such "reason".
