Bug On Entering Hotel

Hi Fresh Staff Team! I am experiencing trouble when I enter the hotel. When it reaches 76%, it is loaded to the home page again. Is there any way you can solve this? Thank you.

I did. But, it still happens all over again. Even when I change browsers. I tried it in another laptop with another WiFi. And surprisingly, I logged in on the same account without the bug. I think it has something to do with my IP Address.

try resetting your internet hub, might resolve the issue

Um, just a suggestion, it will always reach 76% if you switch to a different screen or minimise it, not sure why but it is crucial to stay on the Fresh Client, all the time it is loading. This happened to me and I resolved by doing what I said which is really weird because like it doesn't make sense but it has a solution...ahg dw try what i said, it might work.

my friend waited 20mins and it didn't move a bit and her wifi is fast

oh that's weird, it seemed to work for me and didn't work for me when i switched screens, maybe it's just me.
