Can't open client

I'm not sure if this is the right place, please move if it's wrong.

The last 2 or 3 days, I've not been able to log in to the client. I sign in, get directed to fresh-hotel.org/me, the click "Enter Fresh Hotel".

This will either A) Open a new window like it's meant to,
or B) Open a new tab.

Either way, it takes me back to the log in page, and the original page will crash. This is just a vicious cycle of me logging in, trying to enter the client, then getting redirected to log in again. If in the rare chance it does open the client properly, it sticks on 76%. I've very rarely been able to login over the last couple days, and it can sometimes take 20-30 minutes of trying. I've cleared my cache, cookies etc, and nothing seems to be working. Not sure if this is a known error or not, but it's beginning to get a little annoying.

I am also getting this right now, was completely fine yesterday. Whats more, I have just cleared cache, added a firewall exception, updated both flash and java and it is still stuck at 76%. I did everything recommended in the help thread and nothing has resolved it.

As I said, it was completely fine just 20 hours ago.

Mine has been like this for a couple days, even when people can log on no problem. Not sure if it's an issue on my end.

Have you checked out these solutions? Especially the java & flash updates. And resetting plugins.

Having the same issue, The loading screen has been loading for 10 minutes, reloaded a ton of times.
I was playing, it lagged then disconnected and now it just won't load?? worried now because I was in a bet and now can't get online to pay them ;s
