Note: The scam takes place at 2:15, alsol he did manage to pay up. He ONLY paid up after I followed him, into his to-be cino, and told him I was recording, and if he did not pay, he would get banned. So he only paid me after getting threatened. Shitty better, I recommend never betting against him.
