Why the ban should be lifted? :
My schools internet-IP was banned because of some unknown reason when i was on Fresh at my school.
And when i got back home and tried to logon, i was suddenly banned because ive tried to logon on a banned IP.
I went back to the Fresh page on my phone to check the Terms of service & Privacy Policy, but the link do not work and there is no Terms of service & Privacy policy nor Rules that i could read about this.

Even if i would be unbanned on my account i wouldn't still be able to logon to my schools net on my spare time at school, and thats a loss for me. I would highly recommend that if you press the terms and service link on your homepage, it would redirect you to a page WITH the Terms and services!
