Old Account Stolen

I used to have an account called iBrother and I tried using my login info, but it was wrong password. I tried resetting pw but the email does not belong to the account. I bought Diamond VIP on it and don'the wanna lose it. I don'the have the receipt because I bought it like 2 years ago.

2.I dont think the account gna matter much to u as Freshs vip has been renewed from 2 yrs with much more improvements and furni and nice new vip badges so ur back to regular rank unless u gonna buy it back srry to tell u that:-(

So u forgot ur pass, and dont remember the right email, and dont even have a receipt. You're as good as fucked

I'm having the same problem, except I know my email, just not the password to it

. I mean my account was nothing more special than just plain old event staff, but ever since I lost my account years ago, I've never played fresh again. So if their's anything anyone can do to help me get it back. Please let my know

Then you need to reset it or take it up with your email provider. Forgetting your email password is out of our control

So there's no way to prove that that's my account, like logging into the db to get the password?

You said you know your email. So reset your email password and get a new one, then follow the steps. Not sure why we need to prove that it's your account by getting the password for you. All the steps have been laid out for you.
