Can't verify account

I've gone to my email and clicked where it tells me to verify my account but then a screen come up saying "Invalid or malformed verification code." Somebody help?

Ive done all of these suggestions and it still wont verify

After u have clicked the link on ur email log in and then out on fresh and after use the normal browser.
