Reason for the ban : Email [email protected] to get your account back

Why the ban should be lifted? : I'm really unsure of why my account was banned and also I think the IP was too. Just the other day I bought Silver VIP and Kane was really helpful with that process. It says the reason I was banned was for e-mailing the fresh store to get my account back though I think it may mean that before I decided to buy gold VIP, around a week ago I sent an e-mail asking for my Ultra VIP or something back but the situation of that has completely changed and I rethought my actions.
