RichHarrison is Still There and Admits to DDOS'ing

User I Am Reporting: bamzitkata (RickHarrison)

Reason: I know that reporting him twice sounds ridiculous, but he was able to force my internet to turn off (DDOS), escaped some sort of IP Ban he should of had and even admitted that he meant to DDOS me, not threaten. He is still willing to do it over and over again (forcing my internet to shut off and having to: 1. Close all pages; 2. Have to Restart my Computer. He continues to follow me wherever I am as every room I have gone to, he was there. I still feel highly threatened (due to my city was found by him), but I know the only thing you can do is IP Ban (which he can get around possibly).

(He has DDOS'd me over 5 times. Typically gets annoying to be honest.)
