Ban Appeal For My Acc "P00SIE"

So I made a new account on the 4th of september named "P00SIE" In the idea for it to be my new account
I was sitting in a casino, [had fresh on my second monitor whilst playing gta on my first]
It popped up "You have been kicked from the hotel"
which then followed with Me being banned for 13 years [Banned - Expiry: 10 May, 2029]
With no reason?..
I was on a vpn at the time, but surely i should be able to sign in afterwards?

Include username of the account that was banned : P00SIE

Include username of the staff that added the ban : Kane

Expiry date : Banned - Expiry: 10 May, 2029

Reason for the ban : no reason given?

Why the ban should be lifted? : I Haven't done anything wrong? and i understand this could be an auto ban maybe?
