Why the ban should be lifted? : I confronted you about the deranking of event staff, now I do understand that you have overall decision of the hotel, but I was stating my opinion. I am sorry, and I know for the future not to do that. I didn't realise what I was doing was wrong. I am sorry that I stepped out of place, and I'll keep my comments to myself in the future.
