Reason for the ban: Being rude to staff member

Why the ban should be lifted?: I was rude, yes I admit. I should have calmed down and taken it easy. I do realise now that I might have offended a staff member and been a bit harsh. Maybe you shouldn't lift the ban right away, but a 48 hour or what ever seems fair to you. I would like to end it with a sincere sorry to "$." It won't happen again.
