Reason for Ban: i'm not exactly sure i been spending money at the fresh store, and i wen't offline after a purchase i just tried getting on and it says your account has been suspended " contact [email protected] to get your account back"

Why the ban should be lifted?: I think it should be lifted because i haven't did anything wrong.. and i spent almost 80$ usd on this game again. and i just randomly get banned.
