I'll repost my appeal below for if you need it, but please let me know why my ban appeal was denied. I have given in-depth evidence as to how the 'evidence' used against me was photoshopped, and therefore how I have broken no hotel rules. Please reply to this with an answer, as I dont understand why the ban has not been lifted.
Re-submitted appeal (if you need it)
Username of the account that was banned : TheMightyUnicorn
Include username of the staff that added the ban : PhillipsX3
Expiry date : 7th November 2047
Email of the account in question : [email protected]
Reason for the ban : Screenshot - Threatening to DDOSS users within the Hotel
Why should the ban be lifted? : I believe the ban should be lifted as the photo in which I am accused of threatening user 'Rimmlng' has been photoshopped. You can tell this as, if you check the chat logs in the White House room owned by baldesarrass, the first screenshot they provided as "evidence" was; i.imgur.com/Wyagm4p.png this is clearly photoshopped as when speaking, a username would appear as follows: TheMightyUnicorn:
In this photo provided by 'Rimmlng', it is as follows: TheMightyUnicorn :
The space before the colon clearly shows photoshop.
In the second photo she provided as evidence, link being /prnt.sc/cove3g it is also very clearly photoshopped. When a user speaks on fresh, the chat bubble has an arrow which points down to their avatar (as I'm sure you know). If you look where my avatar is, and look at the chat bubble, there is no arrow pointing to my avatar. It is behind the text where 'murdering' and 'idrcatm' are standing. This can't be claimed to be because they moved the screen, as the rest of the arrows match up correctly to their users.
I also would like to state that Phillips lifted my ban, saying to user 'libby' and others that the screenshot was photoshopped, and then re-added the ban around an hour later, using the same screenshot which I have shown is photoshopped.
Please reconsider the ban, as the 'evidence' is photoshopped, and I did no wrong.
