Hello,
I have seen many users reporting connectivity issues over our website, and we've found a possible solution in this case.
1) If you are using AVAST free anti-virus, you might not be able to connect to our client for some reason, perhaps drop the free software and download a reputable company such as ESET who offer 31 days free trial and after that the licence fee is pretty reasonable.
2) DNS Issues, by default your devices are going to use the DNS servers that belong to your internet provider, that's no good if your internet provider is awful so perhaps look into using a free and faster secure DNS service like openDNS here's the setup guide : https://www.opendns.com/setupguide/ or https://use.opendns.com//
3) If you are having issues connecting to fresh over safari then do these simple steps
safari at the top>preferences>security>webGL settings> allow fresh hotel
4) Also for extra security of your fresh account you can setup authentication over on your account settings on fresh if you own a smartphone head over here https://fresh-hotel.org/articles/930-recent-changes
5) Perhaps it's not on your side or the other companies, and it's fresh that has problems that need resolving we have a public and viewable service status page that shows any issues coming from our backend that you can view freely at https://pingdom.fresh-networks.net/ let us know if any are offline / have downtime and we'll resolve it soon.
