    Vip help- Chicoxxcoolxx

    I purchased vip years ago. I stopped playing Fresh for a while. Now that I am back I was glad to see I still had my silver vip badge on my: Chicoxxcoolxx account. However. when I went to the shop and went to the vip tab it said, " Sorry you don't have the required badge." What can I do about this?
