2 forum bugs

1) When uploading signatures (even with correct file type and dimensions) it uploads successfully but when you try to insert it so other users can see it under your posts (SIGPIC HTML) it says "Invalid file" when you click save. I've tried literally everything to see if it was a problem I was causing but nope. @Daniela can confirm this bug! If you have used signatures before this bug started occurring you can still update it even if it says "Invalid file". But for people that have never used a signature they are unable to use one until this bug is resolved.

2) When uploading a new image for your avatar (not profile picture) the background will be white, even if you make it transparent. I've tried all different dimensions to see if I could fix it but nothing worked. I finally reverted back to my old avatar and the background was transparent. This must be because I was using that avatar before this bug started occurring. Only new avatars have white backgrounds. It sucks
