Why the ban should be lifted? : I am completely sorry for disrespecting Jonteh for my crude behavior toward him. He made a hotel alert and I switched the words around ( inserting my own ) which was completely immature and rude on my behalf. I was trying to access fresh hotel and it came up as banned. Then I realized what the ban was for. I would never intentionally try to abuse staff only as a joke. It did not come across to him as one and I am completely embarrassed of myself. Thank you for your time.
