Reason for the ban : advertising

Why the ban should be lifted? : I have barely been on fresh this week or when I do pop on its only to view who is online. I dont understand how I can advertise without actually being on. I have never advertised on fresh or nor would I. I don't understand how this happened .. But I've never advertise and there's probably no proof that I have advertised before. So please fix this because I really have not advertised on Fresh ever before, and it's weird to come online and find out Im banned for something I haven't even thought about or tried doing before.
