Room glitch

I've been playing Fresh Hotel for ages now and last night I came online and went in the home room automatically, I saw there was a nightclub open so I decided to go there, when I loaded the room it was completely empty even tho on the rooms it said there was users in the room at the very moment so I just thought oh not loaded properly so I reloaded the room, and it did it again so like everybody would else do I shut off the client and the hotel off reloaded my internet browser and cleared my cache came back on went to the room and it still did it, so this needs to be fixed because I cant play only in the home room and my own rooms I just cant do that so please fix this problem.
