Reason for the ban : apparently scamming?????

Why the ban should be lifted? : there was a user scamming people so obviously i reported her and i think she got banned because her user just left which was what i wanted but then suddenly a message popped up saying i am banned for scamming for 11 years?! i do not know if the scammer hacked me or did something to her ip address which made it the same as mine or something like that but i was only trying to get rid of the scammer and did not show abuse or do anything wrong at all, i thought reporting her was a good idea to get scammers of this game? i am very confused so can i please resume playing this game with my friends because i think this was just an un-noticed mis-click or something.
