Regarding mass unban

This is not a ban appeal I'm just unsure where I should've posted this but oh well, ok so I just got multiple emails for a mass unban yet there wasn't one, in the event this wasn't meant to send out this may cause alot of confusion within the community and probably should be address as an accident if it was one.
