Minus -2b ... :buycredit command has broken my account

Ive told several staff members about my experience with the :buycredit command and how its left my account , they have listened however nothing has been solved ...ive tried clearing my cache and browser this also did not work. its been like this for around 2 weeks. i havent been able to buy anything from the store or build any rooms, also had to stop buying rares. Ive been really mad about this for days , anyone in this situation would understand why im so mad and why im so impatient.
