DN Command

This command is for staff. There could be a command such as ":disablenavigator x (:dn x)" which would could be used on advertisers or scammers. When targeted user tries to use their navigator, it will only keep loading such as it does on an RP. If they have it open, it will close it as it does with the :update_navigator command. This will disable scammers and advertisers from escaping from staff. A staff could just summon them of course, but they could have a long name and easily just leave before the staff bans them. This command could also be used for people who the staff need to talk to, and don't need them to leave the room. (To reverse this, it would be ":enablenavigator x (:en x)".

If staff have them clicked, they can ban, if they leave the room they can ban via mod tools, easier to ban them than to disable nav and then summon them!

Yeah, I'm familiar with banning via Mod tools and HK. But, I just thought this command could be a good addition, for a "just-in-case" moment. If you need to summon a scammer who is running, you could disable their navigator, and then summon them, to talk to them, and try to understand the situation a little bit more. They'd just think it's their navigator lagging.
