Reason for the ban : "scammin"

Why the ban should be lifted? : i myself should be unbanned because i paid the prize to the person who i sorta scammed because i was short by 1 throne and had been summoned by chels when i was in another room which was "snog" room before i got another one to pay him. i canceled the trade because i was short by 1 throne to insure i paid him the full amount yet visiting another room in the current situation. i did not run away i had not told him i was to get another throne to pay the full amount. chels had summoned me claiming i was running away from the bet when i had told him after the bet i had to go get thrones when i lost. chels did not correctly ban me because they did not provide proof either but anyways i am trusting and generous enough to pay the full amount. yet i paid the full 10 thrones i still got banned anyway without any remorse whatsoever. yet if i did actually scam it would be invalid for chels to ban me because fresh policy is without a video u cannot be banned, but chels anyways banned me even though i paid which is not scamming. lowe it because the man said i am paying and said do not ban him but chels decided to ban anyways without any thought of considering the fact i had paid him the full amount, otherwise i would not have paid him and sucked it up and get banned. i deserve to be unbanned because i followed the fresh way and did not break it in any way whatsoever, either way chels should not had ban me because i followed the policy, by paying the prize i shall not be banned. after the bet i went on my way to pickup thrones and then came back and canceled because i needed 1 more throne then by distraction attempted to speak to Boog but I was lagging at the moment, when I was not lagging i realized Chels summoned me. chels in no way followed her policies of banning me in any correct way because i had paid the prize which does not break fresh policy.
