Read the article on the Flash player thing, if that doesn't work try clearing cache. If all fails, change browser.

As owen stated just try clearing your cache, if it still persists just use firefox. If you don't want to use firefox because you don't like it, well there's no hope for you.

click secure, allow flash on fresh always and refresh your page. this has been a problem with other users, but it is resolved 99% of the time after following these steps
